Located right near the intersection of Johnston Road and Providence Road West, Amberleigh is a gem of a neighborhood. Close by are shopping, restaurants, Morrison YMCA, Blakeney, Ballantyne Village and Carolina Place Mall. An uptown commute takes around a half hour and Charlotte Douglas International Airport is about 25 minutes away.
Homes in Amberleigh are large in scale and average 3,317 square feet with 4 or 5 bedrooms. Homes were built by St. Lawrence and Zaring Homes between 1998 and 2003. Lots are typically around a third of an acre but some can be as large as half of an acre with many having private wooded backyards.
