The beautiful, mature neighborhood of Providence Park is tucked away off Providence Road on the edge of Cotswold, putting the best of Charlotte just a few minutes away in every direction!

Providence Park is within walking distance to shopping and dining both at the corner of Sharon Amity Road or a little further walk to Cotswold shopping center.

From Providence Park, Uptown is merely 6 miles away and shopping in SouthPark or Park Road Shopping Center is less than 3 miles away. Shopping or golfing in Ballantyne? No problem. That is less than 30 minutes away.

For golfing closer to home, beautiful Myers Park Country Club is less than 3 miles away from Providence Park. Randolph Road Park and the Mint Museum are also just a few miles away.

In addition to its fantastic location, Providence Park is surrounded by some of Charlotte’s oldest and most spectacular neighborhoods, such as Myers Park, Eastover and Foxcroft.

A 4,400-square-foot new construction home sold in January for $1.15 million and was the highest sales price during the last 12 months. The lowest price of a home sold in the last year was $380,000. Home sales averaged 97.6% of list price.

Currently, there are 5 homes for sale in Providence Park, which is approximately 3.8 months of inventory. Two of the homes are under contract as of April 23.

Providence Park is also zoned for some of Charlotte’s best schools – Cotswold Elementary, Alexander Graham Middle School and Myers Park High School.
