Walking distance to Ballantyne Town Center is the community of Carlyle. Carlyle consists of around 80 homes built in the late 1990’s in the transitional style. The neighborhood, just off Providence Road West near Johnston Road is mostly cul-de-sac streets with no through traffic. Carlyle is about 25 minutes away from the airport without traffic. Uptown Charlotte and all of the museums, nightlife, and sporting events are just 25 minutes away without traffic too. That makes for an easy commute.

In the past year, homes in Carlyle have sold for between $260,000 and $354,000 with an average sale price of $302,800.
