Spotlight: Beverly Woods

Southpark’s charming Beverly Woods is a great highly sought after close-in neighborhood with large lots, wide lawns, mature trees and landscaping.  Built mostly in the 1960’s and 1970’s, many of the homes have been up-fitted with all of the modern conveniences like upgraded kitchens and baths and outdoor living spaces. Homes range in size from around 1500 square feet to over 2500 square feet with average price per square foot approaching $190. With almost 50 homes sold last year this is a desirable place indeed.

Currently there are 21 homes on the market as of May 21st ranging in price from $269,000 to $599,900 with 8 under contract. 12 of the homes are listed for over $400,000. The highest priced home was built in 1993 and is currently under contract. It is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home with over 2500 square feet and a bonus room over the garage.
