Downtown Matthews has numerous parks, festivals, a farmers market, library, along with several restaurants and other shops only a short drive away.

Homes in Callonwood range in size from around 2000 square feet to just over 5000 square feet. As of June 29th, there are 15 homes on the market with 7 under contract. They range in price from $230,000 to $530,000 with an average list price of $350,340. In the last year, homes in Callonwood have sold for between $185,000 and $427,000 with an average sold price of $287,000.
