Just south of Raintree is a well established neighborhood with large homes and tree lined streets called Berkeley. Homes here were built in the late 1980’s but there are some built as late as 2005. Most homes here are grand in scale with the average home having 3,243 square feet of living space. Lot sizes are typically around a third of an acre with the largest coming in just over half an acre. Most homes are colonial in style so there is great cohesion in the development.
