Beverly Woods is a neighborhood located near Park Road and Sharon Drive. Both Highways 77 and 485 are within 15 minutes of the neighborhood, giving residents easy access to the shopping and dining options of downtown Charlotte, which is just 20 minutes away. There are many recreational options extremely close to Beverly Woods, the largest being Park Road Park. This park is home to a fishing lake, dog park, and many walking and hiking trails. Another nearby park is Huntingtowne Farms, a 23 acre park with tennis courts, sports fields, and even a community garden. There are also a large number of restaurants and shopping options off of Fairview Road, which is less than a 10 minute drive from the neighborhood.
