Living in Charlotte, NC since 2000, Chris Martin has been in the real estate market for more than 13 years helping clients buy and sell their homes. Originally from Elizabethtown, PA and graduating from Penn State University, he relocated to the Charlotte area after spending a couple years working in Orlando and Savannah within the Hospitality industry. Chris has worked for Hyatt Hotels, Marriott and Disney in order to further his professional career.
Since buying and selling properties have always been a consistent feature within his family, Chris’s desire to begin his Real Estate career started with Centex Homes as a new home consultant in 2003. From there, he obtained his North and South Carolina real estate license in the summer of 2005 and hasn’t looked back. He started New Angle Realty in the fall of 2005 and has operated the business ever since. Along the way, Chris has helped hundreds of clients buy and sell homes and has also purchased many personal properties for rental investments.
Chris strives to help his clients create opportunities in the real estate market and looks forward to creating many more. Prior to joining New Angle Realty, she spent a decade selling homes for the top homebuilders in the U.S. Pulte Homes, Centex Homes and Lennar throughout the Carolinas and in Georgia. Her career began in 2004 after graduating with a B.S. in Business Marketing from Winthrop University. She grew up on the outskirts of Charlotte in the rapidly growing Indian Land area and has owned properties in the Matthews, Charlotte and Waxhaw area. Charity currently resides in South Charlotte with her husband, stepdaughter and two dogs. She enjoys traveling whether it’s a weekend getaway or internationally, organizing, fitness and nutrition, and cheering on the Carolina Panthers.
