Wyoming firm buys two industrial buildings in southwest Charlotte for $4.7 million
Hipp Investments, a firm based in Jackson, Wyo., has purchased Maplecrest Industrial Center in southwest Charlotte for $4.7 million.
The property on Westinghouse Boulevard consists of two industrial buildings totaling 63,200 square feet. Rob Cochran, Jared Londry and Nolan Ashton of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Ziff Properties, a real estate firm based in Charleston, S.C.
