Wood Partners is planning an apartment project with up to 280 units in the NoDa area and is seeking a rezoning in order to move forward with the development. The firm is asking for a rezoning for 3.22 acres on the east side of North Brevard Street, between 24th and 25th Streets. Atlanta-based Wood Partners is one of the largest apartment developers in the country and started construction earlier this year a 266-unit apartment complex in the Steele Creek area.

Richter Development has filed a rezoning request in order to develop a 49-unit townhome project on 2.57 acres in the Madison Park neighborhood off Park Road.
