Raycom Media opens new Charlotte operation at Ayrsley

Raycom Media Inc. has leased approximately 26,000 square feet at the Charleston Row building in Ayrsley for a new centralized traffic operation based in Charlotte. In January, Raycom announced the new operation, which manages the on-air commercial inventory for the 51 television stations the company owns or operates. This week, Boston developer Greg Rudolph of RTG Holdings attended a launch party for 1 Brevard, a condo tower he and his business partner plan to build at the corner of Brevard and Fourth streets. Levine Properties suspends construction at First Ward deck due to state funding issue

Levine Properties has suspended construction on a parking deck in Charlotte's First Ward due to a funding issue with the state of North Carolina. The firm started construction in April and will complete the footing and foundation work for a 1,335-space parking deck at 10th and Brevard streets.
