Charlotte-based Aston Properties has consolidated a portfolio of 17 shopping centers in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia under a new company called Aston Realty Investment Company and has secured a five-year $80 million unsecured credit facility with Wells Fargo & Co. Faison Enterprises has sold two buildings in the Forest Park office park off West Arrowood Road. Last month, a Florida real estate investor purchased the Accenture Credit Services building at Forest Park for $7.4 million. Accenture Credit Services signed a lease with Faison Enterprises for 60,477 square feet at the building, also known as Forest Park XI, in 2014.
