Lincoln Harris is scheduled to close on its acquisition of more than 9 acres of uptown property used by The Charlotte Observer by the end of October, according to real estate records. A real estate investment fund managed by Brackett Flagship Properties of Charlotte has made its fourth investment in the Triangle region in as many months. Stream Realty Partners has acquired the AT&T Plaza building in uptown Charlotte for $45.5 million and is planning major renovations for the property.
