Synchrony Financial, which recently leased the Rushmore One building at Ballantyne Corporate Park, says it plans to increase its hiring in Charlotte this year, adding positions in sales, marketing, customer service and other areas.
Although the company withdrew a request for $750,000 in incentives, it is moving forward with a 400-job expansion here. Synchrony currently has 300 employees at an operations center at Tyvola and Yorkmont roads.
