Home sales in the Charlotte region jumped 20.8 percent in February from a year ago, according to the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association.
The association reported Monday that Carolina Multiple Listing Service figures show 2,263 homes were sold in the region last month, up from 1,874 sold in February 2014.
