In wake of big real estate deal, Atlanta firm to open Charlotte office
Cortland Partners, the Atlanta real estate firm that recently purchased nine apartment properties in Charlotte for $274 million, plans to open an office here in the spring.
The office will initially have eight to 10 employees and will be headed by Lou Davis, a director of investments with Cortland. Davis says he is finalizing a lease for space in uptown.
