JLL to market Chiquita’s uptown headquarters space for sublease

Chiquita Brands International has hired JLL to sublease its headquarters space at the NASCAR Plaza building in uptown Charlotte. Chiquita, which plans to close the headquarters by year end, leases approximately 138,000 square feet on six floors in the 19-story building. It signed a 13-year lease for the space in 2012. Time Warner Cable building has a new owner

An affiliate of Gramercy Property Trust has purchased the Time Warner Cable building in southwest Charlotte for $18.2 million. The 113,600-square-foot building, on 13.5 acres on West Arrowood Road, is a call center, office and operations facility for Time Warner Cable (NYSE:TWC), which occupies 100% of the space. Crescent confirms uptown Whole Foods, shares details on Stonewall mixed-use project

Crescent Communities has confirmed that Whole Foods Market will be the retail anchor for a mixed-use project on East Stonewall Street that will include 450 apartments units, up to two hotels and an additional 15,000 square feet of retail space.
