Grubb Properties plans to renovate and rename the 330 South Tryon building in uptown Charlotte for the Charlotte Chamber, creating a new space for the organization that will feature a glass front facade and large digital screens that will be visible from the street.

U.S. Bank has leased the 35th floor of the Hearst Tower in uptown Charlotte, expanding its space at the building by nearly 24,000 square feet.
