Local Thalhimer office joins CNL Commercial Real Estate

The Charlotte office of Thalhimer has joined CNL Commercial Real Estate. Orlando-based CCRE is adding 29 employees from the Virginia-based firm, which lost its affiliation with Cushman & Wakefield in North Carolina due to Cushman’s acquisition by DTZ. The addition brings CCRE’s headcount in Charlotte to 80, including 20 brokers, and it increases its leasing and management portfolio to approximately 24 million square feet, up from approximately 12 million.
