This week, Boston developer Greg Rudolph of RTG Holdings attended a launch party for 1 Brevard, a condo tower he and his business partner plan to build at the corner of Brevard and Fourth streets. Four years ago, he stood in a federal court in Massachusetts and pleaded guilty to a felony charge of failing to report income in foreign bank accounts and depriving the IRS of $25,507 in taxes.
