Tech firm to relocate from SouthPark to Oak Hill business park

A company associated with Technology Partners Inc. has purchased a 36,878-square-foot office building in the Oak Hill business park for just over $3 million, and the technology firm plans to relocate its offices to the space next year. Levy Partners II, a limited liability company managed by Jay Levy, purchased the Willow Oak building earlier this month from Adler Kawa Real Estate Advisors.
