Engineering firm signs lease at uptown tower, plans to relocate

Stewart Engineering has signed a lease for 16,000 square feet on the 14th floor of the 101 Independence Center building in uptown Charlotte. The engineering, design and planning firm is currently located at BB&T Center, where it occupies approximately 9,600 square feet, and plans to relocate early next year.
