Levine Properties says it is planning a 20-story, 325,000-square-foot office building adjacent to UNC Charlotte’s center city building in First Ward.
The company says it is seeking an anchor tenant for the building, which would be located at the corner of Ninth Street and the extended light-rail line. Levine says it will begin interviewing real estate firms to market the property this fall.
