Texas firm plans major renovations after purchase of uptown office building

Stream Realty Partners has acquired the AT&T Plaza building in uptown Charlotte for $45.5 million and is planning major renovations for the property. The Charlotte Business Journal reported earlier this summer that Stream was under contract to purchase the building.
