Childress Klein and Cato Management have purchased the Sharon Station property in Charlotte's SouthPark area for $9.2 million.
Through affiliates, the two firms bought the six-building, 23,000-square-foot mixed-use property from an affiliate of The Bissell Cos., which had rezoned the property in 2010 to allow for redevelopment.
