Keith Bell leaving Mohr Partners to join Cushman & Wakefield
Keith Bell, a managing partner at Mohr Partners, is leaving the firm to join Cushman & Wakefield.
Bell, who specializes in tenant representation, says he couldn’t turn down the opportunity to join Cushman’s national platform as a senior vice president.
“That’s what really sparked my interest,” Bell says. “It’s a great platform and offers a lot of things that can bring value to my clients.”
Zach McLaren will also make the move from Mohr Partners to Cushman with Bell.

A Kansas company that combines extended-stay hotel rooms with apartments is planning to open four locations in the Charlotte market.
WaterWalk, based in Wichita, Kan., is planning to bring its concept to locations in University City, southwest Charlotte and the Ballantyne and Lake Norman areas. Launched last year by hotel veteran Jack DeBoer, who founded Residence Inn and Summerfield Suites, WaterWalk opened its first hotel-apartment combo development last year in Wichita.
