Mixed-use project planned for NoDa’s ‘greenway district’

Flywheel Group, a development firm headed by Tony Kuhn, is planning a mixed-use project in NoDa that would ultimately be located along the light-rail line and overlook a greenway. This week, Flywheel won a rezoning for 15.5 acres along Matheson Avenue and Chick Godley Road. The new zoning will allow a mixed-use project that could include office, retail and residential units.
